I had Very bad experience when I was working at Ceridian. My Team Leader was not at all supporting when needed (Other TLs are good at supporting) and simply escaping and acting like helping team members. So I suggest here that please cross check about the TL with someone before join to this company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
