I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I work has a contractor in CMTI got the period of 2 years , work experience, skills, knowledge, technology, development and learning are good, but the thing is contract people's don't have a benefit of EF and PF or ESI only stay fund will be paid , and there will be no increment or bonus for contract people's.
