Low salary but on time this is only good

Dislikes

This company is not good. They force you to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any extra pay, calling it "ownership." There are many hidden policies. If you refuse, the director behaves very badly. The project managers don't know technical things but still tell you how to code and how long it should take. This company is not good for freshers or experienced people

Just the office space is beautiful. Everything else is boring and mundane. People are two-faced but I guess that's a common issue everywhere. And I am grateful they gave me a chance when I had nothing. But I never want to go back there.
