Company offers a clear career path, with tasks based on your skills. I have worked on several projects. It's good to see everyone collaborating and sharing ideas openly. Since I started working here I have been able to balance work and personal life well. Work flow is smooth and organized and everyone follows a clear routine.

Projects and priorities can change rapidly. But that does not always happen, it's due to the demanding project nature, and we need to understand it. Due to multiple projects, some teams may feel understaffed.

The workplace is excellent, and I appreciate having full owenership of my task and freedom to share my ideas. The management is also supportive and provides excellent employee benefits. I need work overtime for my clients, which has been a challenge. However. this experience has significantly improved my time management skills and my ability to handle high pressure situations effectively.
