No job security, products are six times higher than all competitors in the market, sales pressure starts from 2nd day of joining. We have to run like a dog in the market but no petrol allowance. I think joining here is better than doing the robbery.

Job security is good here if an employee works smartly & achieve the target. Before Covid it was okay , like increment policy was very good. I have got increments. But due to covid the increment amount have been stopped by company. Company policy changes accordingly. Over all it's a company where we can't work for long term purposes. But if you are in a senior position like RM level position, then job is very secure. Job security for Front line level is very bad, if you don't work smartly....Read More

Management change the policy everytime, when the see the employees are getting satisfied, they make the policy like no one will achieve the incentive part. Which is very bad. For e.g I had to give 11.5 lakh sales for 50k incentive in 6 month. I have given 12.5 lakh, still management rejected the incentive amount, which was very disappointing. The thing is just join the company if you don't have any better option.....Read More
