Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Create, analyze, and maintain MIS reports to aid in strategic decision-making processes.
• Use advanced MS Excel functionalities for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Manage and optimize ERP systems to ensure seamless workflow and accurate data processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits of MIS and ERP system outputs.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on ERP systems and MS Excel applications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in handling MIS reports and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ERP system configurations and operations.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with MIS reporting, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
