Have lot of policies and softwares to update for each of Sales person with on field sales activities as well as off field mis work and working hrs not possible to work on the same as well lot of pressure of selling with collections also to look after sales which is not possible for every sales person. They should have separate teams to assign for collection

You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount .
