Many discouragements and restrictions to work and work pressure in high in monthends. My reporting manager is very worst because he always pulled our money to him and he will did many illegal activies. We will affected by him for this activities.

Managers will put too much mental pressure. What ever they shout we are not supposed to reply anything. If you reply, they will start treating us in a different like no support , no enquiries etc etc ... Too much partiality will be shown. And salary part will be very pathetic. If you have good sales avg also you should be a pet of the GM ... Then only you can get any appraisal. No petrol allowance. They blackmail employees that if sale doesn't come Ur leave will not be approved. They also do it ... They don't bother about employees loss of pay ......Read More
