CDM SMITH Qatar has Diverse staffing, Team Work, Recognition, Professional Senior Management except a few backdrops But it's Ok.

No job security Even though the company is USA based but the Pakistani Management hiring mostly Pakistanis. It became worse since 2022.

Heavy Micro management and torture from especially Finance Manager. No growth and hike. All benefits will go for Manager buckets. Please don’t join if you want good position in market.

Work culture of CDM Smith is really amazing, proper outings are arranged for the employees, for rejuvenation of the employees and to encourage employee involvement in extra curricular activities, games like carrom, badminton tournament, cricket tournaments are also arranged.

Dislikes

Internal politics related to different CDM groups is actually downgrading the values of CDM. No proper work flow is there, less scope of skill enhancement.
