It's about the work culture and the robust data flow process and the way they synced oracle, Ecosys and Qlick. It's one of the best flow I have seen.

They can support Hybrid model since we do not have major hardware dependency.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Work culture of CDM Smith is really amazing, proper outings are arranged for the employees, for rejuvenation of the employees and to encourage employee involvement in extra curricular activities, games like carrom, badminton tournament, cricket tournaments are also arranged.

Dislikes

Internal politics related to different CDM groups is actually downgrading the values of CDM. No proper work flow is there, less scope of skill enhancement.
