All AV is handle by one person and for help him there are 2-3 person who consider themselves as a owner so while working with them you will feel you are working for them not for organisation. No work life balance. Your manager will not allow you to log out on time or early even if you finished your work, he will assign something from other. Employees have to attend the client call after the shift timing. In that manager not find anything wrong. Your growth stuck here, once you learn how the software work.
