Teammates are supportive and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues. Employment is on third party payrole.

Work Details

Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. and they gave me diffrent role within same team

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
