Good working culture and senior are also very helpful.

See, CBRE is a consultant firm that why they work for clients. If you would selected for bed client then it would be disastrous for you and you wouldn't able change or replace to other client. This is the main problem with CBRE.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
