Company ask me to resign and left me to survive in this difficult crises situation. Even though I got to know from some consultancy firm that there were vacancies for the same post and I mailed to HR regarding the same to consider me for the same position.. but I didn't receive any reply from the HR.

In the month of June I got call from my Operation Manager that I will get half salary till month of September I agreed for the same but 3days later I again got call from him saying I will have to resign on 1st July 2020 which was very shocking but I had no other choice. It is very sad to say that I left my previous job for CBRE because I heard good about CBRE but I am searching for job and CBRE is not considering me....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
