Need suggestion on my ctc.
I am a Automation engineer with 11 yoe with 27.2 as ctc in that 2.5 as variable.
Am I in correct band?

You are not underpaid, I would say you are fairly paid, but you can easily get around 32-35 LPA in Bangalore if you are willing to switch
