1. There is absolutely no work-life balance with management calling you up on weekends and asking you to show photographs (in case you reason out that you are not at home/ available at work) 2. The company will tweak its policies towards compensation basis their whims and fancies 3. Helpful and professional team, cooperative culture. However, this is not an equal opportunity workplace in terms of compensation or appraisals. Job security is great - as long as you deliver, they're going to want you with them. There is travel involved, but nothing glamorous - mostly tier II cities. Career growth trajectories are standard, with promotions being given every 2 years

This is not an equal opportunity workplace in terms of compensation or appraisals. There is no transparency with salaries and there are massive differences in salary between people in the same designation. There is no paid overtime and PLENTY of overtime involved (think working late every day and also on weekends)..
