Education Consulting- Senior Role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should be adept at running financial analysis for the segment and undertake effective review of financial models and business plans.
• Train (knowledge transfer) team members and develop a core Institutional Assets Team
• Should be able to provide relevant technical insights to investor risk monitoring teams to deliver appropriate solutions to clients.
• Undertake business development within these segments to generate work opportunities across advisory exercises, valuation engagements as well as operator searches.
• Identify new clients to grow the business.
• Be updated on the current industry news on policy, markets, clients, people, etc.
• Interact and engage with regional institutional focused teams.
• Contribute to topics research reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates having an experience 3-6+ years of education consulting or investments would be preferred
• Candidates with masters degree would be preferred.
• Candidates with good communication skills would be preferred – Fluency in English is a must.
• Candidates need to be proficient with MS Excel, MS Power Point and other tools.
• Needs to have client management experience, business development in this segment would be an added plus for this role; candidates who can demonstrate strong client relationships in this sector would be given preference.
• In-depth understanding of the market dynamics & operations for / educational facilities
• Understanding financial models for these institutional segments
