Project Manager/ Team Leader

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage various types of Detailed Project Report (DPR) projects from conception to completion.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, including subject matter experts, engineers, associates, and vendors.
• Lead the development and preparation of detailed project reports, encompassing feasibility studies, cost estimates, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and consultants to gather project data and insights for report preparation.
• Conduct site visits and assessments as necessary to gather information and validate project requirements.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution of challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports and recommendations to clients and senior management.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience (7-10 years) as a Project Manager in consultancy services, particularly in preparing detailed project reports.
• Knowledge of Project Lifecycle and its standards
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid technical background with proficiency in analyzing project data and creating detailed reports.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong aptitude for customer relationships and willingness to travel.
