Senior Architect

Role & responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

1. Designs for all elements (including working drawings)

2. Estimates in consultation with the engineers and the conservation architect.

3. Associated bidding documents, assist PIU/PMU in bidding procedures including invitation of bids, bid evaluation, and awards of contract for the respective project component; and

4. Assist PMU with overall management and supervision of construction works and in the resolution of contractual issues and preparation of as-built drawings for the trails and associated facilities.

5. Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detail drawings as per design philosophy and standards.

6. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design ideas effectively.

Skills: -

• Familiarity with Design standards / codes / manuals
• Proficiency in graphic software, including but not limited to AutoCAD/Revit, ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and/or Sketch Up.
• Up-to date with various landscaping trends, planting palettes, techniques, and technology
• Should possess good analytical as well as presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
