Job Description
- Atleast 5 years as Project Manager with up to 2 years at Project site location.
- Strong Experience & Knowledge of Project Management, Material & resources scheduling.
- Handling of Project Life cycle Planning, Scheduling, budgeting, timely tracking & reporting.
- Graduate / Post Graduate- (Preferable an Engineer)
- Certification in Project Management for any recognised institute will be an added advantage.
Role of Project Management Team leader
- Review & Leading team of Site engineer / Site Managers
- Tracking & Reporting of Project progress invoicing & cash flow mgmt.
- Periodic Site survey & review to give valuable inputs on improving Execution plan.
- Daily / weekly / Monthly Planning & update from ongoing & upcoming projects.
- Ensuring EHS & other Safety guidelines at sites by Site engineers / Site managers
- Drafting Risk mitigation plan for & with Site Team.
- Effective Link between the site team & management.
- Effective at Skills like Planning, monitoring, reviewing
- Able to drive, motivate & encourage Project / site team
- Decisive and able to work well under pressure
