Globally it’s good but when it comes to India it’s not average. People are working there because there is no better option available in the market as this type of nature of business is mostly outsourcing and company doesn’t pay well to its employees

Job security Work life balance 6 days working and No overtime to on-site FM team. Over all work culture is very good.

Dislikes

Site employee are being taken care in terms of employee benefits such as 5 days week which is being provided to Corporate employees. Secondly as some client sites Annual Bonus/ Appraisal are not upto to CBRE standards. However, site employee are the key person whom are building or take care of CBRE values.

While I appreciate CBRE's professionalism and support for career growth, I believe that as a multinational company, it would greatly benefit from adopting a 5-day work week instead of the current 6-day schedule. This change could enhance work-life balance and overall employee satisfaction."

CBRE is full of opportunities and learning platform but depends on client's selection of which client you are working with. Individually CBRE has great culture, growth & take care of employees at a higher level.

Post confirmation from Client do not have measuring scales to judge the employee and provide another good opportunity to potential employee

CBRE employees are let down, even with no mistake, no support from CBRE. Client is everything even if they are utterly wrong, clearly visible on the face.
