Also, as a new employee there are some suggestions for trainings, at least train them with every tools we use as an employee in the team and have some knowledge sharing sessions, so that after the training a new employee can at least start from where exactly. If a team has similar goal to achieve. CBRE always supports in career growth. Salary is always sufficient in CBRE as per your efforts and interest.
