Role & responsibilities :

• Directly reach out to clients through meetings pitches and identify needs.
• Drives the client relationship and business development activities of the company across the geography.
• Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Understand client expectations and help in wining mandates, transaction negotiation, deal structuring.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Creation of a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials for new pursuits (most commonly written proposals, RFP responses, and graphical presentations)

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors/Masters from a recognized university
• MBA in marketing/Sales is preferred.
• Cas
• Proficiency in Kannada will be good.

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents.
• Ability to write reports, manuals, and articles in a pre-designed style and format.
• Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.
• Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Team Player, ability to cross-collaborate with various teams across the advisory services platform.
• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, growth rates, discounts, and other fundamental Excel formulas.
• Conduct basic financial analysis. Use of financial tools for analytics and problem solving.
