Capital Markets - Intern

We're looking for a smart, business-driven individual who is keen to learn and work in the real estate market. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work with a large and experienced capital markets team and contribute to business development, transaction closure activities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop client relationships through meetings, pitches, and identifying needs

- Conduct cold calls to generate new opportunities

- Understand client expectations and assist in winning mandates, transaction negotiation, and deal structuring

- Collaborate with the team to develop proposals and marketing materials

- Create customized, professional-quality marketing materials for new pursuits

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Marketing, Business, Finance)

- Candidate should be Bangalore based & should have good knowledge of local places.

- Proficient in English & Kannada Language is mandatory

- Strong interest in the real estate market and capital markets

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
