Your Mission: Drive the success of our Investor Services Department by managing crucial reporting, remittance, and reconciliation tasks for various investors, including FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, and Private Securities. Your role will ensure accurate and timely completion of all related functions, from loan acquisitions to corporate and P&I Advance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze exception reports and correct loan discrepancies.
• Act as a relationship manager with counterparties, ensuring smooth reporting processes.
• Continuously improve processes, recommending enhancements to management.
• Adhere to servicing agreements and regulatory guidelines for precise reporting and reconciling.
• Prepare and deliver investor reports and remittances accurately.
• Reconcile accounts and clear items within specified timelines.
• Perform detailed loan analysis and manage special projects as assigned.
