During this period it has become narrow to ensure the performance as required the company because working invironment is difficult to ensure activities infront to the customers by the sales team. Most of the time market/outlets are closed. Company policy is supporting something but end of the need to do the performance.

Nothing special which I can say that I don't like, because I spent almost 18 years that itself is a certificate that I love the Organisation. Even though one feedback that some time change in top management brings their own style of management which may derail the core value preposition which is set by Mr.C.K.Rangnathan
