CRS is a great organization by any standard. But promotions to higher levels and new roles does not come easily. This is perhaps because of the size of the organization and the fact that people are employed for fixed term positions most of the time.

My work at CRS can be exciting and challenging at the same time. The exciting and easiest aspect is in managing existing projects and staff. The more challenging is pitching and prospecting for new projects and businesses which can be frustrating.

CRS is transparent, clear policies and staff capacity building organization. staff development is highly encouraged. i have enjoyed work with CRS during emergencies and developmental work in WASH and Education project. i have join CRS like a student and out like a professional education project implementer.i have found nice and honest management in CRS.

there is nothing which i can dislike in CRS. only i have some concern on pakistani management in decisions. i like foreign team in CRS Pakistan.
