The India chapter is not transparent and run by a bunch of hardcore bullies who justify bullying and very much protect it. If you have observation and feedback for your supervisor, be assured that it will backfire. Their Safeguarding and employee protection policies are a sham. We were given Catholic Social Teachings during the orien tation & call themselves a secular organisation. It operates under the false garb of secularism and operate at the standards of a religious organisation.
