Very bad culture, 5 days work from office leaves no time for family or doing other activities. Overall skill development is slow because of mostly inside projects. Very backward towards technology usage. And most people are biased towards one part of the India (Tamil).

Promotions is not an easy job here. If you work for an agency, you won’t receive any rewards such as recognition. They don't even view you as part of the team. Their collaboration is limited to full-time employees exclusively. Skill development courses are exclusively for full-time employees.
