The managers are pathetic, organisation is full of dirty politics. They don't care about the people who work on field, they pay literally peanuts to their employees who designated as program officer,I prefer to call it labor exploitation!

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
