Good work culture initially but in the later years culture became full of favouritism and opportunities became reserved for those who would butter their bosses. There was always requirement for overtime and leave policies were good.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no merit based growth, some toxic people have become managers and have turned the entire floor into a chaos. Too much of politics and only the mangers puppets get opportunities, the only way to survive without being put into plan and eventually being asked to leave is to butter your manager promotions happens totally at the mercy of the managers, you can work hard and do meaningful project but at the end of the year, the person who partied with managers will get promotion. Starting salary range is way too less, even BPOs pay more than that In this job, unless you upskill Or get promoted to a higher level, there is absolutely no skill gains, you can do this job for 5 years and when you start looking for jobs outside, no one will value your experience more than any Customer Support Or chat support guy....Read More
