Policy changes before the apprisal process so you can not trust on company (even before covid 19 situation). You will not get apprisal based on your performance instead based on your relation with manager. You will only get apprisal from 1-2k.

Work and professional life could not balance. They are forcing you to work outside of office hours without any reward. Even without communication they will forcefully change your work shift without any reward.

It could take a full 200 pages book to write here. Let me add some of them here. - MICRO-MANAGEMENT at its peak. You can't even go for coffee or tea more than twise or thrice because an eye of management is constantly staring at you. - Some seniors harassing girls but no actions taken even though HR knows everything. - HR dept is nothing but a Recruiter, an Event planner / manager, Meeting facilitator and a good english writer.. This dept will never take any actions against seniors or management (managers) only juniors or mid level employees have to bear everything. - ALL THE POLICIES are being changed like a Calendar month. Evry day a new policy comes with restrictions and the policies created in the favor of employees are simply being removed silently without informing anyone. - A big Fraud. Will tell you something before joining and will make you do something else after joining. - Poitics here is better than the nation political parties.
