I liked the opportunity to explore modern design concepts and the friendly, cooperative team environment that made work enjoyable. Meanwhile, strict guidelines occasionally limit the opportunity for fine tuning features, which could be difficult when aiming for perfection

Very poor work culture. The manager dictates rather than having a clear and transparent conversation. The leadership team is so unorganised and secretive that they can hardly support the employee.

Hiring wrong product managers

Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.

No job security . There is no promotion and change team and there is a lot of partiality and incentives target work not good and manager behavior is not supporting.

MANAGEMENT AND FOUNDERS always keen to understand how to reduce the number of employee, they fire employees but do not hire replacement and give work to existing employee, never give a good appraisal even after good rating from manager you will get 5%
