A true feedback from my end is Other then new managers all other people were very helpful. Leaving it but still they gave the esops . Even gave compensation for 2 months in covid situation

No job security, I have worked without being 1 absent or 1 leave even worked till late believing it my duty and my work but at the end when new managers came they removed the old employees who used to work and perform. Even directors of the company haven't helped in that situation. After talking to the directors they also said they can't do anything. Anytime they can remove any employee. Lot of parciality. Incentive very less peanuts...Read More

Dislikes

No Surety, No Job Security for long time career.....no idea when company take call against the employee and thrown the premises. Because last 3 months company sacked 180-190 peoples from all department also they closed 8-9 existing stores.

When i joined in cars 24 it was very good, getting salary on time, overall work environment is fine but company doesn't have trust on there employee. Company already sacked there people without given any prior notice with telling company have fund issue

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
