Top management doesn't have that knowledge about the market as they are from other fields or sectors. Job security is almost zero as they just prefer target which they decide on the data zero knowledge about the condition and trends of markets down the line which lower management suffers. No conclusive feedback and support from top management while

Dislikes

There's no scope of growth in the department which I had worked they just hired the personals when they needed suddenly they realise that they don't do profits so started firing people from team for no reason. If manager can't handle the situation or don't visit the dealerships when required who is decision maker the company can't sustain in long term. Company had visions which changes every month they don't mold the services as per market but as per data and not on real time....Read More

After joining i was working with PLL when my manager found m worthy and i can do much better he transfered me to retail store, there again he saw potential in me so he changed my store in a month my 3 stores got changed
