People from different domains at senior positions unable to drive buisness, they just drove unprofessionalism. Nil business acumen in most of bosses, just managing a blind race to get numbers without focusing on the characteristics of the particular business & it's intricacies.

1. Job Security " u cant even fall ill becaase after month you have to justify the targets" 2. Compensation is based purely on your negotiation they will only increase your pay when you threaten them that you are leaving. 3. Alot of integrity issues. 4. after certain time u will be handled as suspect.
