The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.
