We are only machine that has to run on its optimum level without resting. No leaves. No breaks, etc.... Metal torture in various ways..... Always in a threat of PIP.

There is no little bit of soft corner for Operation team, even if any dog did porty in ground then Operation team is responsible, If any one sited on the toilet wrong way then also operation team is responsible, Nonsense Expectations, No Recognition One tip- Don't Use your Mind and Ideas for company Do as GM and OPPS Head Wants or else you are responsible for the all blunder even if you are not the culprit. They make employees work overtime without any extra pay and they don't care about their employees. According to me it's just a profit oriented company and doesn't care about employees. The pay scale is very low. I will never recommend this company to someone for working even though for purchasing as well.

Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.

MANAGEMENT AND FOUNDERS always keen to understand how to reduce the number of employee, they fire employees but do not hire replacement and give work to existing employee, never give a good appraisal even after good rating from manager you will get 5%
