I have been working with Carlo Gavazzi Arabia for over 12 years and i can say undoubtedly that it is a best place to work with, where your skills and talents has its best value. Carlo Gavazzi is a company where the lowest level of employees also get good benefits, perfect safety measures and healthy work environment. Especially in times of pandemic the company followed strict safety measures and took great care of the employees. The company takes good care on employees health and covers all their medical expenses with insurance. My personal experience on facing difficulties with the company is only on salary appraisal and vacation. Those are the main areas that i think the company needs to concentrate more.

Very Good work environment.Teammates are Supportive and the management is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent also carrer growth is slow.
