Work life balance is good. Management is not inclined to demonstrate micro management state of mind so far. Very good transportation services provided to employees. Managers let employees to let their ideas put forward to enhance processes. Hybrid work model is still provided to employees. Diversity can be observed throughout the organisation.

Dislikes

Job security can be a serious concern which is existant like any other private jobs.

Private company, so organisational leadership is not very strong in terms of talent! they were in fact a good company till a few years back. but then when world changed with advancement in Technology , someone should have guided the organization long back to keep pace with the changing world, which did not happened. Leadership team just does not know what they are doing! As a result, now salaries , promotions has all been affected , which was pretty good , till two years back. This workplace is entirely unfit for talented individuals. The toxic environment is suffocating, and the leadership remains trapped in outdated, 1980s mindsets. HRB's lack essential skills and show a disturbing vulnerability. There is a noticeable lack of respect for female employees, which is unacceptable.

Indian leadership plays too many politics.if you have strong relationship with your senior managers by praising them you will get promotions. In India Even if you work hard and having good experience also they will keep you aside.If you complain to HR also no use.HR is not independent department.

Can entitle the leaves whenever required and all Indian festivals holidays can be availed. We can apply for internal job postings irrespective of the teams. Can engage with different teams to enhance our knowledge.

Dislikes

Now a days there is no proper work life balance and more concentrated on cost cutting. Employer expected to work for more hours irrespective of the close. There is a no employee engagement concept and always concerned about the cost it self. If any of the colleagues leave the team no back filling is going to happen, burden has to be bear within a team itself.
