Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

Managers are toxic which spoils the whole work culture. The lady HR manager is the worst of all. Maybe she is not happy in her personal life hence she cannot handle others life being good. She will pressurizes everyone so much to work and thinks the team is as her slave. Because of her behaviour people keep quitting. There are no old people left in the team except few who are her chamchas. This attitude is creating problems in the team as new associates keep joining and quitting. The top management is least bothered that they never enquired why so many people have left. She will cry if you ask for leaves as if you are asking for her personal property and will call you during your holidays and spoil your off. Forget leaves during probation period unless you end up in hospital. If she doesn't like someone she will make sure to target them to the extent where they quit and she will display as if it's our own mistakes. No growth opportunity, it holds F&F of everyone, you have to ping them every other moment to settle your f&f. If you wont ping they won't settle, salary is very less, toxic work culture, managers and employess are not at all up to the mark.

It is very hard to get promotions in carelon I feel promotions will get to those who are more close to team leader and for hard working employees there is nothing ,even they will not give any appreciation like impact awards for hard work

Hr Team & management team is very bad. They create a lot of issues while resigning. They never pay F&F at time. If you need any information outside the team noone will give any reply.

Good office and good number of colleagues (only few) Good salary while entering the company. Good wlb depending on teams.

No promotions. Less hikes. No certifications to all employees. Senior Directors favours only one gender. Other gender is practically dead. Most leads and managers are dumber than security guards. Skill development is basically zero. Culture is toxic in nature. Nobody wants to stay . Favourite employees get promotions and get retained on last day of notice period. Managers don't know how to talk. Zero people skills if don't want the employee anymore. IJP is a piece of joke and it's fixed even before role is announced.
