Due to high work load you might not be able avail leaves. Work life balance is average based on team. Most importantly company is currently not in growth mode it is looking to stabilize the workforce and hence we cannot expect decent hikes/promotions.

* Once you reach the promotion criteria in a specific LOB, management shifts you to another LOB so that they can skip you from promoting to next position. * Team leaders treat you like a student not a professional employee. They give you threats of job removal and year end appraisal. * For the name sake management offers you some courses but TL’s wouldn’t let you to attend ‘em if you not done with daily target. * Food is worst. * If you don’t reach targets TL’s make you to login after shifts I,e. I would say process changes every day there is new update on process which will create errors and supervisor will not understand this that we all are working humans not machine that's all And about promotion nothing

CGS do not promote people based on experience, they does only if have new position created and it rarely happens. Hikes are pretty less and learning is also very average.
