Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

Managers are toxic which spoils the whole work culture. The lady HR manager is the worst of all. Maybe she is not happy in her personal life hence she cannot handle others life being good. She will pressurizes everyone so much to work and thinks the team is as her slave. Because of her behaviour people keep quitting. There are no old people left in the team except few who are her chamchas. This attitude is creating problems in the team as new associates keep joining and quitting. The top management is least bothered that they never enquired why so many people have left. She will cry if you ask for leaves as if you are asking for her personal property and will call you during your holidays and spoil your off. Forget leaves during probation period unless you end up in hospital. If she doesn't like someone she will make sure to target them to the extent where they quit and she will display as if it's our own mistakes. Denied onboarding freshers from 2024 batch recently and played with their mental health. The irony is this is a so called health care company. They hired a third party to manage the onboarding and no real contact was established with the real HR and management at this company. Clearly, very poor and unethical hiring practices.

Everything is good but no support from management and team leads partiality in between kannada people and tamil people because most of the team leads are tamilians. Benefits are good, free cab, shift allowances, hybrid work culture and good cafeteria zym etc

Good in safety and security and the infrastructure of the company was so good that helps the employees to feel in working with an MNC company.the work environment was so great and helpful. The team leads are so helpful and knowledgeable about the things.

I think Carelon has to provide default promotion for the employees who are working for certain period of time in the same company.There are no promotions and when the employee try to get the internal job position they’re no chances to change our position in this company. The management has to raise values for the skills of the employees. So please provide some guidance to get promoted to the employees who are in only one position for over several years. * Once you reach the promotion criteria in a specific LOB, management shifts you to another LOB so that they can skip you from promoting to next position. * Team leaders treat you like a student not a professional employee. They give you threats of job removal and year end appraisal. * For the name sake management offers you some courses but TL’s wouldn’t let you to attend ‘em if you not done with daily target. * Food is worst. * If you don’t reach targets TL’s make you to login after shifts I,e.
