Except for the money-minded personnels and managers there lies a potential
Ankit Kumar Jaiswal, a manager who delegate to reportees while disguising stakeholders and Bhabna Nayak, an engineer who rarely adds to development. The lack of understanding business requirement or having accountability of a live product fails to avail necessary tool (analysis is expected from a closed observability tool) or resource (who are either distracted or keeps on quitting). Making efforts or technical discussions are deterred by demeaning views that 'This company is not Google' and 'Animal-Monster' comparisons are made to product & people. Office politics in mismanagement with much arrogance is prevalent whereas issues are ignored in vacations, parties and promoting alcoholism, narcotism while usage of swear words and prioritizing gender bias. In such poorly managed untrustworthy conditions, engineers are left to act in self-reliance only to later face ridicule and blackmail with demeaning comments like 'Don't try to show you're some kind of Techie'. To make it unbearably worse, by personal relations, PII is misused to secretly watch & control staff's entire life over police surveillance, location tracking and spy monitoring. In spite of serving well, had to forcibly quit in a deep struggle from these ordeals with impacts including hospitalization, disturbance of psyche, nullifying project and loss in self-respect. Denied onboarding freshers from 2024 batch recently and played with their mental health. The irony is this is a so called health care company. They hired a third party to manage the onboarding and no real contact was established with the real HR and management at this company. Clearly, very poor and unethical hiring practices.
