No increments if you have achieved better previously, just forget any growth. Leadership and management are useless here. Your concerns will never be addressed. No one cares. No matter what your perform based on goal sheets ,ratings will be biased and hikes as well if any. Favoritism and compensation tool are only truth. If you have earned a decent package before,never join this.

Without letting associates know, what is the organizational-level update? Leadership is not communicating or providing a heads-up. Upgrading skills is not an easy process. There are three to four levels of pre-approval for learning certifications.

It has good work life balance. Cool environment with understanding people.

Dislikes

CGS do not promote people based on experience, they does only if have new position created and it rarely happens. Hikes are pretty less and learning is also very average.

No growth opportunity, it holds F&F of everyone, you have to ping them every other moment to settle your f&f. If you wont ping they won't settle, salary is very less, toxic work culture, managers and employess are not at all up to the mark.

It is very hard to get promotions in carelon I feel promotions will get to those who are more close to team leader and for hard working employees there is nothing ,even they will not give any appreciation like impact awards for hard work

Good office and good number of colleagues (only few) Good salary while entering the company. Good wlb depending on teams.

No promotions. Less hikes. No certifications to all employees. Senior Directors favours only one gender. Other gender is practically dead. Most leads and managers are dumber than security guards. Skill development is basically zero. Culture is toxic in nature. Nobody wants to stay . Favourite employees get promotions and get retained on last day of notice period. Managers don't know how to talk. Zero people skills if don't want the employee anymore. IJP is a piece of joke and it's fixed even before role is announced. Denied onboarding freshers from 2024 batch recently and played with their mental health. The irony is this is a so called health care company. They hired a third party to manage the onboarding and no real contact was established with the real HR and management at this company. Clearly, very poor and unethical hiring practices.
