Company policies are employee friendly however everywhere people matter. if the crowed hired is not aligning with the company vision then it dilutes the whole vision and culture of the company. Not all towers holds good leadership, so the management effectiveness varies, infra , facilities, building are all good and attractive. Work culture is deteriorating.

Job security - Good
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Management should back their team mates, which is not happening, not in all the towers at least. inspite of working extra miles, performing at the top, appraisals and increments are not given appropriately. Above all internal politics. Lack of critical thinking in leadership.

Work-life balance - Poor

Dislikes

shifts 12-9 is general shift which is really difficult for women and even for few family people , notice period for such a good company is 3 months which is a low point for the company , telugu dominance can be seen although not having an issue with them but company lacks in cultural diversity
