The company is open to learning. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that provides learning options. As a result, I have learned many new things like, content writing, content editing, publishing the contents, image editing etc. Another, plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes there is workload. There is no on-job training for freshers.

Work Details

My work is to write and edit the contents, publish them and to edit the images for the contents.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
