Managers and supervisors are not at supportive. 4. Regional favouritism is high. 5. Unprofessional HR team. 6. No promotions even thoughyou are high performer. 7. Managers will have their own favourites and just bucketing them is very much important. 8. You cannot question your manager not their favourite person, whether your work is getting hampered by that Or they are dominating you. You should not raise your voice or concern. If you do so they will start saying your performance is not upto the mark and that person is your senior and you should respect that person. 9. Calls will not be answered even if it's an emergency, they get back to you at their own sweet time. 10.
