Over all experience is average but there is good balance between work and personal life. There is also issue regarding Approval of leave from line supervisor. My PL balance is about 87 days during my 3 and half years working experience. I have done MSW and have 11 years working experience in development sector but I did not get good opportunity for my career growth.
