There is no culture in the organisation. Old staffs are doing as per their will no one is there to questions them neither the juniors reach out to the seniors for their concerns and queries. It's operating like govt organisation and seniors are only concern about their salary and benefits but when it comes to juniors or mid level no one is concerned. No scope of learning.

The employees are well compensated.Though the job is less secured, being a temporary consultant in a definite project under CARE that has no further extension that hinders our career growth and development in the organisation,even if we want to.

Less international exposures for consultants.Having a wide based global network across several countries,we could potentially do exposure visits even for its grassroot level employees,i.e.,consultants and community level workers,as we can learn and adapt from new things and strategies others follow and implement them at field levelshere.Also better if a health insurance,as we realised its importance in emerging COVID pandemic....Read More
